The Well of Ascension (Mistborn, Book 2)
by Brandon Sanderson | Book Review

I really enjoyed this book. As the tension mounted and things got crazier near the end, I was surprised to still be laughing at certain phrases of dialog or the way characters mused upon things. It was an amazing book. It left me hungry for the next one because it leaves you with many questions. I still feel like it ended in an awesome place with many of the problems presented in the novel solved or addressed. When you're getting near the end you think everything is finally going to be okay, and it seems that it will. Then Brandon rips a whole new problem into the world and leaves it wide open for another epic novel where the characters have a huge problem on their hands. I really enjoyed the character development of Elend Venture. By the end he was one of my favorite characters. The fights in this book are so good! There's a lot of political stuff too. There is a lot to this book and so many reasons of why it is awesome. I highly recommend it. I can't wait to read the third book. So far this trilogy is easily some of the best fantasy I've read, and maybe my favorite.

Have you read it? What did you think? Will you read the next one? Thanks for stopping by.
